Year 6

Welcome to our Year 6 page!

 

Throughout the school year, we will be uploading loads of information and pictures relating to our class activities in order to share our fun and learning at home. As always, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact school and arrange for a return phone call at the end of the day. 

 

As the children embark on their final year of Primary School, they will be engaging in a full and varied curriculum to show off all of the skills they have learned in the years before. We will spend our time in Year Six focussing on a variety of topics, which you can see in our termly overviews. The children will be learning to reason and apply their learning in preparation for SATS in the final term to show off how brilliant they all are! 

 

Most importantly...is the well-being of your child. Please try to ensure that they are getting enough rest, completing their reading and revision tasks and re-visiting the areas that we cover in school. 

Encourage them to use a range of websites that they are familiar with including times table rockstars.
