Remote learning

Using Padlet for our Remote Learning at St James'

In line with the Department for Education’s updated (for September 2021) remote education temporary continuity direction, schools are required to provide remote education to pupils, where their attendance at school would be contrary to government guidance or legislation around COVID-19. This includes, for example, where government guidance means that a pupil or groups of pupils need to self-isolate. All such pupils, who are not physically unwell, should have immediate access to remote learning.

We will be using Padlet as our school learning platform and this is where you will find all learning activities set for each week. We will also communicate with you regularly via the Class Dojo app.

Please encourage your child to engage with learning on a daily basis and do not hesitate to contact me if you have any issues or concerns.
