Vehicles

We created our own vehicle prototype and they turned out really good! We then planned to make a car/space buggy out of lots of different materials, understanding they must include axels, a chassis and wheels. Then we created them and evaluated our products on different materials such as carpet and wooden floor and then on a ramp.

Today, we have started our vehicles topic in DT. We have looked at different types of vehicles and what makes up a vehicle. We have also looked at how vehicles have changed throughout history and identified that axels, a chassis and wheels are the key parts of making a car!
