Living things and their habitats

Today, we organised 9 different animals into groups. We then decided where their habitats were. We each then had an animal from each habitat and we had to write as much information as we could about it.

We can identify so many different habitats that animals live in! We understood that there are three things that make a habitat such as food, shelter/safe place and water. We then carried out a sorting activity of placing the animal into the correct habitat.
