History

Autumn 2 - World War Two

During this half term the children have been studying World War Two. They have looked at what life was like during those times and the events that occurred up to, during and after the war.

"I loved learning about World War Two because my family have always been interested in the army and my Grandad used to watch loads of WW2 films with me and it is really interesting!" -Noah

"I liked learning about what my Great Nan lived through during those times and it made it more real for me to understand." -Ruby

"I really really liked learning about WW2 as it gave me a great insight in to what life was like back then and help me to understand life during that time. Also, it made me think about the mistakes the world leaders made and I hope they don't make the same mistakes again!" -Joshua
