Wow - what a day for Year 5, and the perfect weather for out trip to Formby beach.

We spent the morning exploring the beach, looking at geographical features of erosion, exploring our finds from the beach and climbing some large sand dunes together.

In the afternoon, we took our skills from Ted’s art session last week, and sketched our landscapes ready for painting next week.

We saw some amazing examples of our school values, through caring for our friends, respecting the environment and members of the public, and showing compassion to the place we visited..
