This week the children listened to a story on the wonders of the rabbit in our woodlands, and then listened to the sound of the wind rustling the leaves. They then went on to create some amazing shelters for the rain we knew was coming. Finding lots of wildlife in the form of frogs, lady birds and worms prompted the creation of some amazing mini habitats from natural materials and artwork depicting them. Not only did we master some knots, but also pushed our bravery in our tree climbing. A superb week.
