Welcome to Reception!

The PowerPoint below was shared as part of our Reception Induction for parents and carers for this academic year. It contains lots of useful information about your child’s year ahead in Reception, including our routines, expectations, learning and how we can work together to support your child throughout their first year at school.

We hope you find the information helpful and that it gives you an insight into life in Reception at St James’ Catholic Primary School.

Please take some time to look through the presentation, and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to speak to a member of the Reception team.

We are looking forward to a wonderful year of belonging, believing and achieving together! 🌟
